Today we share one of the outstanding producers of Paso Robles. Winemaker Jordan Fiorentini crafts an incredible range of wines — including a world-class Zinfandel and Tempranillo. She has been at the helm for many years and has been producing beautifully consistent wines that show good depth, flavor range and fantastic underlying finesse.
Regardless of vintage these wines seem to shine even in tougher years like 2011. She makes beautiful Rose and whites. I love the new 2021 Epoch Viognier (OB, 94). This is silky and elegant wine that shows fantastic flavor range. Don’t miss out on the incredible 2019 Epoch Tempranillo (OB, 95) which is deep and hedonistic — up there with the finest Tempranillo bottlings you will taste in North America.
