We have some massive news out of the Walla Walla Valley today. It is my pleasure to share a brand new tasting and culinary experience -- The Bionic Experience -- which begins today, October 22, with lunch at the Bionic Wines estate.
Vigneron, Christophe Baron and Michelin-starred chef Matthew Lightner are bringing the spirit of the long French lunch to Walla Walla. Think seasonal Pacific Northwest ingredients, dishes built around bottles from the cellar, and fourteen seats inside their newly restored 1910 craftsman.
The experience includes bites from Resident Chef Dan Clark in the kitchen as well as wines from Master Sommelier Tyler Alden who has come to the Walla Walla Valley following his longstanding tenure at Willows Lodge and The Barking Frog.
This is huge news for the valley, offering something completely different than what is out there.
The experience is only Thursdays–Sundays | One seating at 11 a.m.
