This Thursday November 5th marks the grand reopening of El Gaucho Seattle, one of the city’s historic restaurants that first opened their doors in 1953. The restaurant has moved from their popular 1st Avenue Belltown location to a historic building near Pike Place Market, the Union Stables building.
The restaurant will serve many of their favorite meals, having a heavy focus on steaks and a great cocktail program and wine list that made El Gaucho one of the great bars in the city.
Dine-in patrons can expect to be serenaded by live piano music while El Gaucho offers take-out food as well during the pandemic.
I personally cannot wait to celebrate this special grand opening as something really fun and festive despite the obvious challenges felt by 2020.
