Chef John Howie has started a new bar, Whiskey by John Howie.
One of the bright Seattle food and wine stories so far in 2021, iconic chef John Howie opens his new bar this Friday, Whiskey by John Howie in Bellevue’s swanky Braveryn. This will include a world-wide selection of whiskeys of hundreds of whiskeys, curated by in-house expert Tim Lodahl.
Whiskey by John Howie also features specialty whiskey cocktails as well as bar bites like a house made burger with bleu cheese, as well as Waygu brisket flatbread, and tasty mac and cheese.
