Now, he and his sister Marcia Mondavi Borger, along with their adult children, have created Continuum, They now produce a new wine, their ‘Sentium’ is a Sauvignon Blanc that is inspired by the Mondavi Fume Blanc. Winegrower, Chiara Mondavi, is leading this fourth-generation wine project.

2022 Continuum Cabernet Sauvignon- A sensational wine considering the heat of the vintage, the 2022 Continuum Cabernet Sauvignon offers a loaded core of molten chocolate, tar, fig and shades of black licorice. It is full-bodied and deeply textured stuff with a beautiful bouquet of black rose petals. Already beautifully-evolved, enjoy over the next ten years. Drink 2026-2038- 95
2024 Continuum ‘Sentium’ Sauvignon Blanc- Made from almost all Sauvignon Blanc grapes from primarily from older, organically farmed vineyards in Mendocino's Redwood Valley, the 2024 ‘Sentium’ offers rich mango and papaya flavors that meld well with green melon notes on the palate, alongside nutty and salty nuances. It is nicely weighted and textured stuff that will live on for at least another eight years. Drink 2026-2033- 94
