A wine with a great Washington wine lore, the ‘Feather’ Cabernet Sauvignon is a 100% varietal red wine crafted in Washington's Columbia Valley through a collaboration between acclaimed Napa winemaker Randy Dunn and Long Shadows winemaker Gilles Nicault. Now Nicault is entirely on the winemaking project. This has now been produced for 20 years as it was first made with the 2003 vintage. The wine is a barrel selection that Nicault and his team chooses from the Sonnet, Bacchus and Dionysus Vineyards. It is now typically stored for 22 months in French oak prior to bottling.
